This Cookie Policy (this “Policy”) explains how NOAL AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business at 175 S. 3rd Street, Suite 200, Columbus, Ohio 43215 (“NOAL AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our websites at noal.ai and its subdomains (the “Site”) and use the NOAL AI Dashboard and related software-as-a-service platform and applications (collectively with the Site, the “Services”).

BY ACCESSING, REGISTERING FOR, OR USING THE SERVICES, AND, WHERE APPLICABLE, BY CLICKING “ACCEPT” OR A SIMILAR CONSENT MECHANISM ON OUR COOKIE BANNER, YOU CONSENT TO OUR USE OF COOKIES AND SIMILAR TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES AS DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY. THIS POLICY IS INCORPORATED INTO AND FORMS PART OF THE NOAL AI DATA PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF SERVICE.

This Policy applies only to individuals who register for or use the Services as Subscribers, Authorized Users, or visitors to the Site, and creates no rights, expectations, or obligations in favor of any third party other than such Users.

What Are Cookies?

How We Use Cookies

Essential Cookies. Necessary for the NOAL AI Dashboard to function, such as managing your login session and maintaining security. These cookies cannot be switched off in our systems and do not require your consent. Without these cookies, the Services cannot be provided. If you block essential cookies through your browser settings, you may still visit our website, though your access to some functionality and areas of our platform may be restricted or unavailable.

Preference Cookies. To remember your settings within the NOAL AI Dashboard, such as your selected Waterfall Configuration, your last-viewed property, your preferred display, language, and region settings.
Analytics Cookies. To help us understand how Users interact with our AI tools so we can optimize the interface, measure performance, identify and diagnose errors, and reduce latency. The information collected is aggregated and is generally used in a manner that is not intended to directly identify you.

Marketing Cookies. To deliver content that is relevant to you and your interests, to limit the number of times you see the same content, and to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. They may be set by us or by our marketing partners. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, but we may use marketing cookies for first-party marketing measurement and retargeting where permitted by law.
Security and Fraud-Prevention Cookies. To protect the Services against fraud, abuse, bot traffic, and other security threats.
